Working in collaboration with Virgin Atlantic in-house design team to develop The Retreat Suite, Upper Class Suite and The Loft for their A330-900neo.
Virgin Atlantic’s A330neo has been designed to provide a premium, personalised experience for every passenger. The Upper Class cabin boasts a new Upper Class Suite, an evolution of its iconic social space, The Loft, and includes The Retreat Suite, the most spacious suite in Virgin Atlantic’s history.



The Retreat Suite is an innovation in Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class and consists of two exclusive suites at the front of the cabin. The airline’s most spacious suite yet, each suite has an ottoman that doubles up as an extra seat, so that up to four people can comfortably dine, chat or play games in their own private social space.
The airline’s award-winning social space, The Loft, remains a focal point of the cabin design as passengers board the aircraft, and is a core part of the Upper Class experience. An evolution of design from the Airbus A350, The Loft consists of space for eight people, allowing guests to sit, perch and chat, or enjoy refreshments from the self-service fridge and drinks dispenser.
With a striking bespoke bulkhead pattern and careful attention to the Virgin Atlantic brand message, working closely with the in-house team, the cabin brand message from The Retreat Suite, through the Upper Class Suite and into The Loft, has continuity, interest and details the deliver a powerful Virgin Atlantic brand story.
